ENDORSIUM MINI-APP TERMS OF USE.
Last updated: 08/09/2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Endorsium Telegram Mini App (the “Mini App”).
The Mini App is operated by:
TiQuest S.à r.l
Immatriculation number: B241006
Legal adress: 123 rue des Pommiers, L-2343 Luxembourg
Contact: hi@tiquest.eu
(the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using the Mini App or participating in the EDRSM distribution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and be legally permitted to use the Mini App and participate in the EDRSM distribution.
You must not use the Mini App where doing so would violate applicable laws, sanctions or other legal restrictions.
The Mini App is made available internationally and is not specifically directed at residents of any particular country or jurisdiction. Its availability does not constitute a representation that its use is lawful in every jurisdiction.
You are responsible for determining whether your use is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
2. EDRSM
EDRSM is the native token of Endorsium on TON.
Official Jetton Master address: EQDT90AxN-zW_ofQR6CGPh68dtnx7mfr7Cu3kYUo6MSdrjgl
Always verify the Jetton Master address. Token names, symbols, images and other metadata may be copied by third parties.
EDRSM does not represent shares, equity or ownership in the Operator or any other entity associated with Endorsium.
No guarantee is made regarding its present or future value, liquidity, transferability, market availability or future functionality.
3. Distribution Mechanism
The EDRSM distribution mechanism combines eligible attention with a symbolic contribution in GRAM.
Eligible attention is measured using Attention Units (“Au”). For each applicable distribution period, a Miner’s Attention Units relative to the total Attention Units attributed to participating Miners determine the Miner’s relative share of the applicable EDRSM reward pool.
The Miner may then make an eligible symbolic contribution in GRAM to receive EDRSM. The contribution is capped. A Miner contributing the applicable maximum amount may receive their full EDRSM allocation, while a lower eligible contribution results in a proportionately lower amount.
Attention Units are currently measured off-chain through the Mini App. They are not crypto-assets, are not transferable or independently redeemable, and have no independent monetary value.
The Operator may disregard or invalidate activity resulting from bots, automation, fraud, manipulation, duplicated activity or other abuse.
The distribution mechanism is described in greater detail in the Endorsium Whitepaper.
The mechanism corresponds to the Whitepaper’s allocation model: attention determines the reward allocation and the capped GRAM contribution determines the proportion effectively received.
4. Distribution Process
Before authorising a GRAM transfer, the Mini App displays or otherwise makes available the applicable contribution parameters and corresponding EDRSM amount.
The distribution follows these operational stages:
Payment means the Miner authorises the selected GRAM transfer through their connected wallet.
Received means the GRAM transfer has been executed on TON and recognised by the Operator.
Release means the corresponding EDRSM is made available for distribution.
Delivery means the Operator initiates the corresponding EDRSM transfer to the Miner’s wallet.
Done means the EDRSM transfer has been confirmed on TON.
The GRAM transfer and EDRSM delivery are separate blockchain transactions and are not atomic. A delay may therefore occur between them.
5. GRAM Transfers
Before authorising a transaction, you are responsible for verifying the GRAM amount, destination address and other transaction information displayed through the Mini App and your wallet.
Once an eligible GRAM transfer is received by the Operator, the transferred GRAM becomes the property of the Operator. It is not held, safeguarded or administered on behalf of the Miner, and the Operator does not maintain a GRAM balance or account for the Miner.
Transfers made to an incorrect address, using an unsupported asset or outside the prescribed Mini App flow may not be recognised and may be impossible to recover.
6. Delivery Issues
The Operator will use reasonable efforts to complete the corresponding EDRSM delivery following receipt of an eligible GRAM transfer.
Delivery may be delayed by TON network conditions, technical processing, infrastructure failures, maintenance, security measures or other circumstances.
If an eligible GRAM transfer has been received but the corresponding EDRSM has not been delivered due to a technical or operational issue, contact admin@endorsium.com with the relevant wallet address and transaction hash.
The Operator will investigate and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to complete or otherwise resolve the affected distribution.
7. Wallet and Self-Custody
The Mini App interacts with compatible wallets through TON Connect.
Your wallet remains under your control. The Operator does not obtain or control your private keys or seed phrase and cannot independently authorise transactions from your wallet.
You are responsible for securing your wallet, credentials and device, maintaining access to your wallet, and reviewing every transaction before signing it.
The Operator will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
8. Blockchain Risks
TON is a public blockchain network outside the Operator’s control. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.
Use of the Mini App and EDRSM involves risks including network congestion or failure, software or smart-contract vulnerabilities, wallet failures, loss of credentials, malicious applications or tokens, cyberattacks, protocol changes and regulatory developments.
Network fees may apply and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are borne by the Miner.
9. No Financial Guarantee
Nothing in the Mini App, these Terms, the Whitepaper or any Endorsium communication constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
The Operator does not promise or guarantee any financial return, future value, liquidity, secondary market, exchange listing or particular future functionality for EDRSM.
The Operator does not undertake to create or maintain liquidity for EDRSM.
You should not participate on the assumption that EDRSM can later be sold for a profit or sold at all.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Mini App for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, circumvent applicable restrictions, manipulate Attention Units, artificially generate engagement, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, interfere with the Mini App or use automated mechanisms intended to manipulate the distribution.
The Operator may disregard affected Attention Units or restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the Mini App, enforce these Terms or comply with applicable law.
Any restriction to the Mini App does not give the Operator control over assets already held in your self-custodial wallet.
11. Telegram, TON and Third Parties
The Mini App is an independent third-party service accessible through Telegram.
Telegram is not the Operator, is not a party to the EDRSM distribution and is not responsible for GRAM transfers, EDRSM delivery or the operation of Endorsium. Telegram’s own Mini App Terms similarly establish that Mini Apps are services operated by independent third-party service providers.
The Mini App relies on Telegram, TON, TON Connect, wallet providers and other third-party infrastructure that the Operator does not control.
In accordance with Telegram’s current blockchain requirements, the Mini App uses TON for its crypto-asset functionality and TON Connect for wallet interactions.
Use of these technologies does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by Telegram, TON Foundation or any wallet provider.
12. Availability and Liability
The Mini App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Mini App or distribution mechanism for technical, security, operational or legal reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including wallet compromise, user-authorised transactions, incorrect addresses, TON network events, third-party service failures or fluctuations in crypto-asset value.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
13. Privacy, Taxes and Intellectual Property
Personal data processed by the Operator is governed by the Endorsium Mini-app Privacy Policy.
Telegram requires Mini Apps to have an accessible privacy policy describing their handling of user data.
You are responsible for determining your own tax and reporting obligations arising from your participation. The Operator remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.
All applicable rights in the Endorsium name, EDRSM name, Mini App, logos, software, interfaces and related materials remain with their respective rights holders. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.
14. Changes, Governing Law and Contact
The Operator may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Mini App, the distribution mechanism, technical infrastructure or applicable law. The current version and its last update date will be made available through the Mini App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
