ENDORSIUM MIni-app Privacy policy.
Last updated: 08/09/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you use the Endorsium Telegram Mini App (the “Mini App”).
The Mini App is operated by:
TiQuest S.à r.l
Immatriculation number: B241006
Legal adress: 123 rue, L-2343 Luxembourg
email: hi@tiquest.eu
(the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy applies to data processed by the Operator. Telegram, wallet providers and other third-party services process data under their own respective privacy policies.
1. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the Mini App, we may process the following categories of data:
Telegram data : information made available to the Mini App by Telegram, which may include your Telegram user ID, public name, username, profile picture, language and other technical information made available through the Telegram Mini App environment.
Wallet data : your public TON wallet address and information necessary to establish and maintain a TON Connect connection.
Blockchain data : public blockchain information relating to transactions associated with your wallet, including transaction hashes, addresses, amounts, tokens and transaction status.
Endorsium activity : Attention Units, eligible engagement, distribution allocations, GRAM contributions, EDRSM deliveries and other information necessary to operate and protect the Endorsium distribution mechanism.
Technical data : IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, logs and other technical information necessary for the operation, security and reliability of the Mini App.
We do not receive or store your wallet private keys or seed phrase.
2. How We Use Information
We process data only where reasonably necessary to:
provide and operate the Mini App;
identify your Mini App session and connected wallet;
measure eligible attention and calculate Attention Units;
calculate and process EDRSM distributions;
recognise GRAM transfers and EDRSM deliveries;
maintain transaction and distribution records;
detect bots, fraud, manipulation and abuse;
secure, maintain and improve the Mini App;
respond to support requests;
comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or tax obligations; and
establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
We do not use personal data to make unrelated decisions about you.
3. Legal Bases
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract : where processing is necessary to provide the Mini App and perform the EDRSM distribution requested by you.
Legitimate interests : where necessary to operate, secure and protect the Mini App, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain the integrity of the Endorsium distribution mechanism.
Legal obligations : where processing is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations or lawful requests.
Consent : where consent is specifically required for a particular processing activity.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
4. Blockchain Data
TON is a public blockchain.
Transactions involving your public wallet address, GRAM, EDRSM and other on-chain activity may be publicly visible and permanently recorded on TON.
Blockchain data is not controlled exclusively by the Operator and, due to the nature of distributed ledger technology, the Operator may be unable to modify or erase information recorded on TON.
You should therefore avoid using blockchain transactions to disclose information that you do not wish to make public.
5. TON Connect and Self-Custody
The Mini App uses “TON Connect” to interact with compatible wallets.
Your wallet remains under your control.
We may receive your public wallet address and information necessary to interact with your wallet, but we do not receive or control your private keys or seed phrase.
Wallet providers and TON Connect-related infrastructure may independently process information in accordance with their own policies.
TON Connect also allows a dApp manifest to expose a dedicated Privacy Policy URL to compatible wallets.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share or make data available only where reasonably necessary to:
Service providers : hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics or technical providers that help us operate the Mini App.
Telegram and wallet infrastructure : where technically necessary for the Mini App, TON Connect or wallet interactions.
Professional advisers and authorities : where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests or protect our legal rights.
Blockchain networks : information included in a TON transaction becomes publicly available through the blockchain.
Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, we require appropriate data protection arrangements where applicable.
7. International Data Transfers
The Mini App is available internationally and may rely on service providers located in different countries.
Where GDPR applies and personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
Public blockchain data may, by its nature, be accessible globally.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including operation of the Mini App, distribution records, security, fraud prevention, support and compliance with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
Different categories of data may therefore be retained for different periods.
Data that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible and subject to applicable legal requirements.
Information permanently recorded on TON cannot generally be deleted by the Operator.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet service, blockchain network or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You remain responsible for protecting your Telegram account, wallet, device, private keys and seed phrase.
We will never ask you to provide your private key or seed phrase.
10. Your Rights
Where GDPR or similar data protection laws apply, you may have the right to:
access personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate data;
request deletion of eligible personal data;
restrict or object to certain processing;
request portability of eligible data;
withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
These rights may be subject to limitations provided by applicable law. In particular, the Operator cannot erase or modify information independently and permanently recorded on a public blockchain.
To exercise your rights, contact: admin@endorsium.com
We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.
11. Telegram and Third Parties
The Mini App is an independent third-party service accessible through Telegram.
Telegram processes information separately under its own terms and privacy policies. Telegram expressly describes Mini Apps as third-party services and distinguishes the data Telegram shares with a Mini App from data subsequently controlled by the Mini App operator.
Third-party wallets, TON infrastructure and other external services may also process information independently.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of services you choose to use.
12. Children
The Mini App is intended only for users aged 18 or older.
We do not knowingly offer the EDRSM distribution to children.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person who is not eligible to use the Mini App, we may take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that data where appropriate.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Mini App, our data processing practices, technical infrastructure or applicable law.
The current version will be made available through the Mini App and will indicate its latest update date.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated to users or made subject to additional consent.
